At OSZEA, we keep returns and exchanges simple, clear, and fair for our customers across New Zealand and Australia.
How Returns & Exchanges Work
- Returns and exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery for New Zealand and Australia orders only.
- Shoes must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original OSZEA box. Trying your shoes indoors to check the fit is absolutely fine.
- Shoes that have been worn outside or show signs of use can’t be returned or exchanged.
- Promotional or sale items may be considered final sale and may not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Once your return arrives, our team will inspect the item before approving a refund or exchange. Approved refunds or exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days.
- A $20 restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds to cover handling and processing costs.
- Approved refunds or exchanges are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
