At OSZEA, we keep returns and exchanges simple, clear, and fair for our customers across New Zealand and Australia.

How Returns & Exchanges Work

  • Returns and exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery for New Zealand and Australia orders only.
  • Shoes must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original OSZEA box. Trying your shoes indoors to check the fit is absolutely fine.
  • Shoes that have been worn outside or show signs of use can’t be returned or exchanged.
  • Promotional or sale items may be considered final sale and may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Once your return arrives, our team will inspect the item before approving a refund or exchange. Approved refunds or exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • A $20 restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds to cover handling and processing costs.
  • Approved refunds or exchanges are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for orders placed in New Zealand and Australia.

Yes — indoor try-ons to check the fit are absolutely fine, as long as the shoes haven’t been worn outside.

Shoes must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original OSZEA box and packaging, including all inserts.

If shoes show signs of outdoor wear, use, or damage, they won’t be eligible for a return or exchange.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds or exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days.

If something isn’t right, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll help sort it out.
