Oszea Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

• All online orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours.

• Our team will notify you if there are any issues with your order.

Delivery Details:

• We ship exclusively with NZ Post, covering all of New Zealand.

• For more specific delivery time frames, please visit the NZ Post website: NZ Post.

• No deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Fees:

• A flat rate shipping fee of $10 NZD applies to all orders throughout New Zealand.

• Rural and Island deliveries may incur extra charges.

• Orders with a minimum spend of $200 NZD or more will receive free shipping.

• The delivery time frame is 2-8 business days, depending on your location.

Order Confirmation & Tracking:

• An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

• If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam or junk mailbox before contacting us.

Return Shipping:

• For exchanges, return shipping costs are covered by Oszea.

• For refunds, a return shipping fee of $20 NZD may apply, which will be deducted from your refund.

• Extra charges may apply for Rural and Island deliveries.
